01
Centralised
One place for the association’s records, instead of a set of database files that only open on one desk, on one machine, in one office.
02
Monitored
Capacity, delivery and certificate health are read live from the host rather than assumed. What the system reports is what the system found.
03
Accounted for
Every file that arrives is checksummed on landing, so the new records can be tied back to the originals rather than taken on trust.
Where this stands today
ProvisioningBeing straight about it: the server, secure transfer, mail delivery and target database engine are built and tested. The application itself is not, because the decisions that determine its shape have not been made yet — whether this system manages facilities or building automation, and whether the legacy data is being migrated alone or the application rewritten with it.
Until the legacy files land and their schema can be read, the data map below has nothing real to draw. It will fill in from live introspection as that happens, rather than being sketched from guesses in the meantime.
